Permissions Policy
InnerWork Publications
“Fair Use” Policies
“Fair use” policy allows the reprint of text
without permission or fee of up to 250 words
from a book or two lines of a poem. Permission
should be sought for material exceeding that
length or for material used as an epigraph.
InnerWork Publications asks that you request
permission if more than two ellipsis are used in
a quotation of its material, regardless of
length.
Those seeking permission to use the quotations
of non-InnerWork authors and publishers found in
InnerWork Publications material should seek
permission from the original source.
Permission requests are accepted in written form
only, with
email being
encouraged. In seeking permission to reprint,
InnerWork material should be displayed
underlined, in context, with two paragraphs
preceding and two paragraphs following the
quotation to be reprinted. Include a brief
description of your project and contact
information Allow three weeks for a reply. |
